Genre & Themes

A surrealistic drama that reveals relationships between powerful emotions, delivered through the eyes of a man in existential crisis.

One Act, 60 minutes.

Synopsis

Galen is now two score and ten and finds himself in total darkness as he follows his life path. Having lost sight of the road, and of that already travelled, he stops in his tracks, afraid. This attracts the attention of Leo, a cruel manifestation that takes the bewildered Galen from the road, arresting him for a nonsensical crime, and places him in jail. Here Galen meets the curious and sensitive Nellie, incarcerated for all her existence by the evil Leo. Both come to realise who and what they are, but to escape they must engage Leo and alter his way of thinking. If Galen can help mend the imbalance between Nellie and Leo, he can unlock an unseen door and enter into self-discovery. As autumn leaves fall and the winter winds close in, time is running out for Galen to reinvent himself and survive.
